Aspirational branding for a human-centric strategic consultancy.
Worthi was born out of a strong belief that each business and individual is capable of greatness; some just lack the belief in themselves. Their consultancy connects innovative strategy and human performance, providing certainty and enabling clients to produce remarkable results. With their core purpose—“Create space to build capacity for greatness”—Worthi engaged Crux Creative for strategic branding.
Design a simple, stylish brand identity that complements the purpose of the business and the problem they solve. Branding that feels corporate but sits comfortably in non-corporate spaces.
Strategic, aspirational branding—logo and website—that supports Worthi as the go-to consultancy for finding your self-worth and achieving business and personal greatness.
Our goal was to design a simple, confident logo that captured the essence of Worthi and tie in with their purpose: “Create space to build capacity for greatness”. The circles create the link—the first of the three is filled, meaning there is room for growth, more to be achieved. This aspirational feeling is subtly reinforced in the lettering—the slightly unconventional ‘W’ and the flow of the ‘rt’ add some upward trajectory—and the use of a coral orange injects some energy.

Expressing and amplifying their authentic crux with a unique website design was the next task. As is the Crux way, we extracted elements from the logo—diagonal lines and circles—to design the brand identity for Worthi. The result is a clean, concise website that communicates the linked sides of their service—advisory and human performance.
“After defining our purpose and vision, we engaged Dale from Crux Creative for our branding. With the singular aim of elevating our brand and aligning the website with our vision, we understood the importance of choosing the right partner for this critical project for our business.
Dale challenged our thinking and drew out further insights from our vision and enhanced our initial thoughts about the direction we wanted to take the project. The outcome exceeded our expectations, and most importantly, the design has elevated our brand and is completely aligned to our core purpose: “Create space to build capacity for greatness”.
If you are after a graphic designer, Dale is not for you. But if you are after someone who thinks deeply about his client’s projects and takes your idea and enhances it and exceeds your vision, then he is the perfect partner for you.”Stuart Cattanach, Director
